Chocolate Chip Blueberry Muffin

Ingredients:

Wt Ingredient
1 1/2 c Flour (or 564g)
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c Melted butter
1/4 c Milk (or 59ml)
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1 c Canned Blueberries
1 c Chocolate Chips
12 Cupcake liners

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and chocolate chips, then mix well.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add the canned blueberries. (You can either remove the syrup from the blueberries or just leave it like that and combine it to your recipe).
  4. Cook it under 170 degrees Celsius for around 25-30 minutes.

Tip: On your next or last batch of baking muffins, lower your temperature to 20 degrees to keep it from getting burnt.
